The Humble Pig Cafe - Molalla

We finally made it to this place, after hearing great things from friends. We were not disappointed; the burger, sandwich and desserts we had were so delicious! We will definitely return. The service was superior; friendly, helpful, and efficient.

We were visiting all the surrounding Portland areas, and came across this place on our way to Silverton. My wife and I ordered burgers and dessert, and I have to say, the food was awesome. I'd definitely return to eat if I'm ever back in the area.Bonus points for a friendly and professional staff, from the hostess, to the wait staff and the cook. My hats off to you all. These are the people who keep us coming back, the people that take comfort in proving a great meal, as well as making the customer feel welcomed and comfortable. Thanks!

Skip it if you want fresh, good quality food. Unfortunately, the smash burger had gristle throughout, was tasteless, overcooked, and arrived lukewarm. The smashed potatoes were a sad affair, and not the least bit appetizing. They were inexplicably out of ingredients to make the house salad ? Even the ice water tasted pretty bad. Kitchen seemed overwhelmed and, although friendly, the host appeared to be tired, stressed, and disorganized even though they had just opened. Giving two stars, but I don't mean it.

The best place to eat! The food here is delicious and so are the beverages! Artisanal coffee, fresh brewed tea, even the canned and bottled beverages are amazing! And the desserts!! Omg, the desserts are to die for! All of the food here is made fresh. Support local, eat at Humble Pig! (Fun fact: The anime sodas are made by YHB Ocean Bomb. They harvests some of the purest drinking water in the world, while conserving land by extracting deep ocean water from Taiwan's Eastern Port Hua-lien. This water is found at a depth of 200 meters and is so deep that the rays of the sun are completely stopped. Which means there's no way for photosynthesis to generate oxygen that allows bacteria to grow. Since bacteria cannot survive in these conditions the water is very clean. Desalination vessels eliminate the salt from the deep ocean water, but keep it rich in minerals like magnesium, calcium, and potassium)Parking: Huge parking lot outside. Plenty of parking and a few handicapped spots too.

If you are looking for a great burger full of flavor and home-made goodness, look no further. I got a gluten free bun and it wasn't dry or take away from the burger at all! The wait times can sometimes be a little long but I promise its 100% worth it. Grab a dessert on the way out from the case. YUM.
