Alley Grill Tap House - Mokena

I just had another party at the alley bar and grill and all my guests complimented on the food, service and awesome atmosphere. I can't say enough about the event coordinators and their help and ideas to assure the party is a success. The waitresses were also the best. Thank you again Alley.

I ordered a Rueben and Jucy Lucy burger through Uber Eats tonight after working late and a night full of family activities. We were looking for decent meal from a trusted establishment. Ordered from here many times and never has an issue before. On the Reuben, something was completely spoiled. Even before my first bite I smelled it, rancid. Took a small bite and it was confirmed one of the ingredients was way past the expiration date. I had to throw it away. The burger was just ok, Ordered a medium, it came rare. Medium is supposed to be half pink, not all. Almost as it was seared then served. At least the frys and tots were decent As a chef myself, two thumbs down tonight.

Great bar setup. Food specials are awesome. Good burgers and great service. Offer free pool a few nights a week which is another perk

This was my first time here. The bartenders were amazing! Fun place!

So I went out and on a double date with lady , my friend and his lady and he had to wait 45 mins for lane which was no problem because we figured we’ll just order drinks and possibly food so that way it’s ready when we receive our lane but sadly when we was at the bar we was told by Paul that we wasn’t able to order any food until we get our lane which was very strange because we was sitting the bar and by time the food came we would’ve had our lane, so we finally able to get our lane then Christina informed us that we Are not able to order anything that’s isn’t fried or pizza due to the time is was, which was very odd to me due to the fact when we tried to order a hour ago we was not allowed to, so I informed the manger Coner and he was able to somewhat accommodate us and make things right, then it took us over 1 hour to receive our food then when we finally got our food we noticed that one of the chicken had serval feathers in it still and we notified a manger and some workers and Christina and a couple workers tried to say that is was a piece of bone and then I proceed to pluck the feathers that was on the chicken and that is when Tony acknowledge that he never seen anything like that in the 20 years he been working there and that he guarantee us a better experience next time we come and I’m looking forward to it
