After a week now, I have to chase down the manager after employee Tony said to me my money would be compensated within 48 hours on an order they charged me for but never ended up making because they were closing. I went SaturdayMarch 7th back to subway and the same employee Tony said to me, I don 't know what to tell you after asking where mycompensation was... Still looking to get my money back!
Every time I go it?s an issue from the women having an attitude about putting extra mayo or cutting the Sand which more than once. Today I waited on line for 15 mins and my break isn?t that long when it was my turn finally after their lack of abilityto multitask she skips me clearly seeing I was next and starts making the next persons order so I say I was next and she looksat me and continues on. Don?t return staff is always rude
The restaurant offers a variety of delicious sandwiches with different toppings, as well as potato chips, soda, and hot or cold sandwich options. The customer service is exceptional.
The two male employees at this restaurant are quite efficient and both are very polite. However, I am not a fan of how they sometimes handle the food with their bare hands or keep serving utensils in bins with toppings. This can lead to cross-contamination if a handle of a knife or spatula touches the food. Additionally, they don't always have the soup, which is what I mainly come here for.
I went to the restaurant in the city center subway today with my friend, and the Mexican worker behind the counter was rude and unfriendly. It seemed like he didn't want to take our order. I believe he should be dismissed as his behavior created a negative dining experience.
