We were here with my family for a long weekend, but I don't regret a single euro that we paid. All in one unit. The room is nicely furnished, clean with a soft smell. I also rate the external equipment of the hotel as perfect. The food in the form of a buffet was always varied and fresh. Everyone certainly got their way. There is nothing to complain about the staff. Nice and helpful. For children, they have animation programs full of games and fun. I highly recommend visiting this hotel. I don 't do this often and I don 't like doing it, but unfortunately I have to leave an angry and negative review here. Although the hotel itself is beautiful, has beautiful cozy rooms and an absolutely fantastic wellness with a pleasant atmosphere, everything else that depends on the people, staff and service is one big disaster. I booked a stay as part of a romantic package that I wanted as a surprise for my anniversary. There were already problems with the order, several phone calls, confusion. Upon arrival, an unpleasant discovery, nothing from the package was waiting for us (room decoration, prosecco, fruit , the surprise fell. The receptionist brought us at least prosecco additionally. In the morning after complaining to the reception, it was suggested that they would prepare the package today, which I gratefully declined, because I don 't understand what the romantic decoration of the room would be for me when I 've already been living in that room for a day. So we agreed that I would pay for the stay as a classic, without the romantic package, which originally cost €20. At checkout, I paid the price for a standard stay, but I was charged a fee of €20 for prosecco, so I simply paid them for the romantic package anyway. I understand that a mistake can happen, it can also be in communication on my part, and I would be willing to wave my hand over it, but unfortunately, we are not done with the list of what went wrong. When you order on the website, they promise you mountains and valleys: exceptional gastronomy, a clubhouse, a rum lounge and thousands of other activities. What does reality look like? Exceptional gastronomy means buffet dining. What I don 't like the most is being forced to eat at the hotel (that is, paying for the stay with meals . Personally, I would rather choose one fresh meal in a restaurant according to my own taste than spend five past nine in a dining room that does not quite match the level of the hotel. Of course, you pay for all drinks separately. And breakfast? During our entire stay, the coffee machine did not work, the attendant was constantly solving some problem with it, and instead of having it repaired or at least sticking a note on it that it was out of order, she kept making excuses that she couldn 't see into the tank and that the machine was weaker days. Embarrassment for me. There is a bowling alley on site, but it can only be rented for the whole day for larger events and conferences, so as an individual you are out of luck, you just won 't be able to play the skittles. The men 's lounge, which is supposed to have its own bar with an abundant selection of rums and cigars, was locked and full of storage clutter. There is a bar in it, but no one is manning it, so we stamped our keys (even that was a problem, because the lounge is rented for filmmakers and the receptionist doesn 't know if he can open it for us , but we still had to bring drinks from the restaurant upstairs. The promised charm of the whole place zero. The escape game was also a real bummer. We enjoy this kind of entertainment quite often, but this is absolutely not what you expect from it when you order it. Of course, no one will tell you anything about it in advance, communication is such a dirty word here. We paid €8 per person to be locked up with six (strangers!! in a changing room with a small mirror, the highlight of which was the escort lady handing us a paper without any decent introduction to the game to read how to it plays We were in a group with strangers, most of whom were children, so in order not to spoil their fun, we left the game mainly to them (6 people can 't really play the game to the full, only 2 can see the clues well and we got our money 's worth they simply watched the children complete the tasks. In addition, the whole game was dependent on the progress, so it was not possible to solve each different task in pairs. Overall, it was more like a children 's camp than a four-star hotel. Even the cleaning does not match the level of the hotel. Personally, I don 't need one in principle, but at least making the bed and changing the wet bathrobes from the wellness should perhaps be a matter of course, but that didn 't happen either. This was a huge disappointment for me. I wanted a beautiful weekend in a beautiful hotel, I had no problem paying for it, and at the same time, a half-cheaper pension would put it in my pocket with the services.
