Bidra med feedbackI had a reservation for two for my anniversary dinner tonight, so I called to confirm my booking. Unfortunately, I encountered two rude employees—first a woman and then a man—who claimed that they don't take reservations for two people and accused me of lying. They told me that if we came in, we might not have a table and would have to sit at the regular tables, even though I specifically booked a Hibachi table. This completely ruined the anniversary dinner I had been planning for two weeks. They seemed indifferent to the fact that their customers are being treated poorly. What happened to the idea that the customer is always right? Instead, I was dismissed as a liar. Customer service is just as important as the food, and theirs is the worst I’ve ever experienced. If I could give zero stars, I would.
