Taco Bell - Mobile

Low customer service. we went up and the lady asked us to go ahead with our command, so we did. we have told them our whole order and she will laugh again on the microphone and says « ok what they want «. I never come back to this.

I always go through drive thru in evening and get same order and person. She is always professional and thorough. Something changed and def for the better!!

By far the WORST Taco Bell. Waited 30 minutes last week for an order that was incorrect. Then attitude to correct it. And STILL had an incorrect item. Now today they were rude to my door dasher AND my order is WRONG! There will not be a third, I refuse to go back to this location. Entire staff needs some manners.

Me and my granddaughter went in there to place an order at about 12:30 p.m. the lady took our order we waited patiently for the order we was given the order we went got back in our car only to get home and find out that everything was wrong nothing that I paid for nearly $20 nothing in the bag was right then we can get nobody to answer the call when we called back up to try to work out some kind of refund or whatever and the people in the back the whole time they were supposedly making an order there were so much chit chatter I mean they would just carrying on like there was a hundred people in the back and we're in the dining room what a joke Taco Bell is I haven't been there in well over a year now I know why I'll never go back what a joke what a joke

Wow, we're do I start. Their inspection score was only 85. The order was interrupted 3 times as if everything was more important than we were. They had no lids, napkins and straws. This was by far the worse Taco Bell I have been too.
