Spitfire Smokehouse - Moab

Great atmosphere. Bar back. Service was excellent. The Koleslaw really loved it. Hush puppies were dry, but served as a good palate cleaner. My fav was the dry friction wing. Delicious and juicy.

Okay, so we were on a bike tour and random road past this restaurant that we had no idea was absolutely amazing here in the smell. We said when we were done, we stopped, and we're so glad we made it. I ordered the three meat combo that came with lush puppies and two sides. Amazing food I had the ribs, Tri-Tip and The Andouille Saus

The BBQ here is pretty good. Extremely fast after we ordered which was really nice. With that being said, Hush puppies were rocks and the food was a bit cold for our liking. Other than that, great environment with a fun staff.

Pretty good food. The gourmet soda was a neat experience. Pork was decent. I am not sure if it’s better than North Carolina for BBQ but for the middle of nowhere we will take it. Place was very busy. Parking was difficult. Not many spaces. Location is central in town so not hard to miss. Staff was nice. If the pig didn’t come out of a pit, it isn’t BBQ.

Great atmosphere! We ate outside on the terrace. Both got the 1-meat plate with brisket (what is $3 extra, go figure. I have Mac potato salad. This is the strangest potato salad we've ever eaten. It’s like super “pickly” I appreciate a lot of mustard because it's really yellow. The bride was very good! Kept looking for regular grill sauce (as we have in Texas, but the white Alabama sauce was pretty good on it.
