Smashburger - Missouri

Tl;dr-Food was good but dear god the operations are awful My girlfriend and I walked in and the first sign that something was amiss was the lack of menu. They had 2 small table menus at the counter but nothing else. While the food was good (I liked the garlic fries), it took nearly 40 minutes in a barely-empty restaurant. The guy taking orders was clearly struggling and burgers would go left on the counter ready to be served for like 10 minutes at a time. My partner got hers well before I did, and her fries came cold. Multiple people went to the line reporting their food was cold or something was wrong with it. Not worth the $14

Place wasn’t open after ordering food. Super cool. Lost money.

The dining room was pretty dirty. It took 18 minutes to get our food (not complaining, just saying because some people want to know). My sandwich had moldy tomatoes on it and when we let them know that they should throw the tomatoes away, they apologized and walked away. I didn't want a refund, but I do feel like a little more concern could have been shown. I won't be back.

Went here on a whim because pictures looked good and was not disappointed. This place was significantly better than five guys and seemed to be a little less costly, 10/10 would recommend.
