Panera Bread - Missouri

Just moved to town so 1st time here. Thought the bad reviews were maybe a fluke, should have paid attention. No greeting or thank you, out of most all bakery choices, the sandwich was a sad thing with one piece of bacon and not much else. Ordered a broccoli Mac that came in a small cup already but was half full with a small piece of bread strangely ripped off a larger piece (FOR $6.39!! . Sad

Had to argue with food prep about my meal because it was incorrect. Got it fixed

First of all let's start with the bread.. The crust on my bread was so hard to chew it felt like I was chewing raw meat. 2nd the cookie they gave me with my meal looked and tasted 3 days old. I ushally don't leave bad reviews but u was not impressed with this place.

Service was spot on, food left you wondering what was missing.

Typical panera, but really low supply on baked goods, which could have been due to being later in the day. But our usual location still has more. Several tables were in need of being cleaned so it was difficult to find a spot to sit in a slow dining room(we went mid afternoon so it was not a busy time). Soup and salads were correct and great. Side baguette was slightly dry.
