Panera Bread - Missouri

I've been coming to this location since it was built and I've mostly always had great experiences, but for the past year this location has become the worst Panera in Springfield. At least every third time I go, my order is wrong, and so far this is the most embarrassing flop. I ordered a you-pick-two and received my salad but instead of receiving half a tuna salad sandwich, I literally just got bread and a couple chicken breast slices. I like some of the food, but it is ridiculous that they still have no gluten free options. It's also soooo expensive for what you get! I can only eat here once in a blue moon. I used to visit here regularly when a friend and I both had the sip deal for coffee and tea, and we would meet between classes once per week to do homework and chat…but unless I have a regular plan like that, this place is too rich for me!

It could be more clean around the drink areas. Employees seem to have time. But I could be wrong

Member of the sip club it's worth it if you frequent Panera or live close enough to get a free drink every 3 hours (11$ monthly membership) the chicken sandwich is amazing but the soups taste like dishwater

Super disappointed with consistently awful customer service. Paid $7 for a breakfast that they told me I was wrong about. That I get every time I come to Panera. This isn’t my first negative experience but its just a cruddy way to start a morning with the wrong meal they won’t fix.
