Kids enjoyed playing. Couldn't afford to eat and play games. Some games not working

To have a policy that the employees can't execute is ridiculous. Stamp the kid and mother at the door is great but when they stop you at the door asking for matching stamps that they failed to issue!! Just about got the employees assaulted!

The games are fun but mostly geared towards kids at least 5. There is a small area for under 5. The staff was mostly friendly, but they are understaffed and it shows.

They were under staffed, but still did their best to make my niece's birthday a special event.

The manager at this location was incredibly rude to us. It was my brother’s birthday and we paid over $70 for pizzas and tokens, and we bought a $4 cup for his birthday. The employee told us that the cup had to go on a separate purchase, so my mom paid for the pizza’s and then paid for the cup. We went to sit down and we had the cup with us and several minutes later, the manager came over and said that the cup transaction did not go through because we made 2 separate purchases.
