Bambu Vietnamese Cuisine - Missouri

Not an authentic vietnamese restaurant. Spicy beef noodle tasted terrible and ice coffee tasted like a store bought. Stay away if possible.

Decent food, but used to be better. Bit pricey slow. Does not follow instructions sent through GrubHub (requested “no pork” . Honestly, try Hong Yen first.

The restaurant is dated and heavily smelled that can cause headaches. Foods are looking good but not taste right, not authentic for sure.

This place is a hidden gem. The food is amazing. Was traveling through Springfield and stopped for the night while looking for places to eat found this place. Amazing service and the food was spectacular. The next time I’m in Springfield am definitely coming back and will recommend this place to any and everybody that I know that’s coming to Springfield and looking for top quality Vietnamese cuisine.

Rice with pork chop was good, but pho wasn't all that good
