Smoothie King - Missouri City

I went to get a smoothie and waited literally 22 minutes. When I finally received it, it was made incorrectly and wasn't even drinkable. This is exactly why I prefer the location at LA Fitness. I'm so frustrated to have wasted $10 on a strawberry smoothie that I couldn't enjoy.

I didn't spend much time at Smoothie King today, but I'm giving it a five-star review for a couple of reasons. First, they let you choose between foam or plastic cups, and I opted for plastic. I highly recommend Smoothie King to all customers; it far surpasses Tropical Smoothie Cafe. If you're near Highway 6, skip Tropical Smoothie Cafe and head to Smoothie King instead, and ask for Joe. He was the one who served me and did an incredible job—he definitely deserves a promotion! Honestly, I think Tropical Smoothie Cafe should consider closing down.

I had a great experience at the restaurant, but when I visited on October 1st, I ordered two dishes. To avoid mixing them up, I asked one of the staff members to write labels on them or provide stickers to help me tell them apart. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any.

I went to this place this weekend and it was a great experience. We had a few questions as we wanted to try out the coffee smoothings and the young man answered all my questions and suggestions. We had to pay the window and they gave us a sample to make sure we liked our choice. The staff was friendly and helpful! I'd rather drive 25 minutes to this place than the location less than 5 minutes from my house.

The would get zero stars if it were up to me. I cannot believe the rude, illiterate, and some of the most bad attitude people the work there. The manager is worst of them all, and her team is just following the examples set by their rude manager. They will go above and beyond to show you bad attitude. They will be getting zero orders from me. Forever horrified by the staff and manager.
