Bidra med feedbackSimply amazing!! I ordered the Chicken Shoyu and it was superb. The broth was rich and flavorful and the noodles were perfectly cooked. But the real winner was the Chicken Kaarage. They were perfectly fried and seasoned. The garlic sauce complimented itjust right. This place is a must visit!!!
Had marked this place for a long time and finally made it. So glad that there is a vegan friendly ramen place. Between the 4 of us two of us had Veg Spicy Garlic, a Veg Original and one Veg Shoyu. Three of us opted for eggless Shiratki noodles $3) tomake it vegan and a regular noodles. The Veg Original is plain and good. The broth is good and the toppings perfect. The VegShoyu is also very good. The broth is good and again the toppings perfect. The Veg Spicy Garlic now this dish is for spicelovers like me). The spice level is not insanely hot, but the flavour was top notch. I could drink that broth in litres. Thetoppings the same. The tofu is similar to the tofu pocket in sushi. The service very good. The interior is really nice. The hotsauce they provide is amazing. I almost took that small bottle they served, that good.
I ordered the spicy garlic pork and absolutely loved it! It was definitely the best of the three ramens we tried. The chicken miso and chicken spicy jalapeño ramens were less salty, so we didn't enjoy them as much. The gyoza was also good. However, we were disappointed with the hot karaage; it tasted more like fried chicken in tomato sauce. We had expected it to be spicy but it was the opposite. We had to wait nearly 20 minutes for a table, so I recommend making a reservation through Yelp at least 15 minutes before you arrive at the restaurant.
This is one of the best ramen places I've tried in Mississauga. They offer three different broth options with various combinations, as well as the choice of thin or thick noodles, and even limited edition ramen flavors. I’m giving it five stars for its fantastic taste and variety. However, I have one complaint: the ramen egg was a bit dry.
I really loved the table setup; everything was spotless. The staff were prompt and eager to assist with menu selections. They offer a variety of ramen options, including pork, chicken, and veggie. I ordered the pork gyoza and chicken shoyu ramen, which had the perfect portion size. The gyoza was delicious and crispy, arriving shortly after I ordered it, before my ramen. The menu has a good selection of sides and a few desserts as well. Overall, it's a well-balanced menu with options for thick or thin noodles and classic toppings for flavorful ramen. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The wooden spoon was an interesting touch, but after a while, I found myself wishing for a traditional ramen spoon (chirirenge). Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!
