We love Jen !! She’s so polite, always smiling and we never have to wait for any food or requests, it arrives seconds after we’ve asked for something! Definitely recommend sitting in her area!
Waited 15 minutes at the table for anyone to acknowledge us. Waitress brought us some bread and took our drinks orders. She came back 15 minutes later with no drinks. We asked for me bread. Her response was, do want bread or drinks because I 'm really busy. She took our order got 2/4 orders wrong. Childs meal came out 15 minutes after adult meals. She then told us she was going to get in trouble because of our table. This made me so uncomfortable. I shouldnt have to feel uncomfortable because the restaurant got my order wrong.We told the server it was my birthday and her response was well. You didn 't want us to sing to you did you? And she offered me a ice cream sundae. It 's winter respectfully no I don 't want ice cream. Manager came over and offered a different dessert. Waitress came back and said she didn 't want dessert. No, I didn 't want ice cream. Waited 15- 20 to pay. The food was good but the service was so bad. I 'm not sure I 'd return.
This specific location had the best service and best overall food quality of any location I’d been to in the GTA. There’s a reason so many ESM’s closed, their service is often horrendous and so many of their dishes are not made/delivered correctly. Cold lasagna, sauce less pasta, season less sauce, under done bread, the withholding of real butter, cheese, not dressing their garden salads….I’ve seen it all. Yes, if you’re upset sitting there at your booth looking for a server…you’re not alone. But thankfully, my experience at this location was very different. Our server was on it. Thank you Ipsa. Way to forge a new standard for service at East Sides.
It was tearble my food was a little cold and we also found some steel wool in our little ones dish of spaghetti.Ive also worked for East Side Mario's on Dixie and Dundas it was a really dirty kitchen to work for I quit because of the dirty plates they were serving the food on now I find out that location is closed because of filth in the kitchen like I said.But if you go to Eastside Mario's be careful of food still stuck on the plate I will never go back to this dirty restaurant again
