Chuck's Roadhouse Grill Mississauga Creekside

Wasn't expecting much due to being a bar and grill environment, but the food and service is what really turned us off. The entrance is awkward, with no real reception area to speak of. The empty tables were all dirty, and after cleaning ours, the staff took forever to clean the remaining tables. I had hoped the food would be good but I was really disappointed. My wife's fish was not good at all, and my ribs were terribly dry. Not once did our waitress ask us how the food was. My soda water had almost zero carbonation. I only ate because I was hungry and had a headache, otherwise I would have sent it all back and demanded a refund. Our sever was nice, but at the same time didn't seem to care. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing drinks food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations, the one of the most nice staff member is MANII . The customer service is exceptional completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Overall, my experience with Chucks and with staff member MANI was outstanding service and I can't wait for next time

Great place to enjoy amazing food and drinks on weekends. Enjoy App’s at half price after 9pm everyday, happy hour and many more.Friendly ans fast service is provided. A wonderful atmosphere is created by lighting and music at night.Parking: Plenty of parking space available. On weekends it mostly full but have more space behind the restaurant and in front of LCBO.Kid-friendliness: Kids can also come in the restaurants nand enjoy amazing food options.

Diya at Chuck's Roadhouse is an exceptional bartender who consistently delivers top-notch service. From the moment you walk in, you can tell she genuinely cares about making your experience enjoyable. Her knowledge of cocktails and drinks is impressive, and she's always willing to offer recommendations tailored to your taste.

Ice cream dessert was excellent and a good price. The ribs are about 7/10 but good. Half order was a good size for a smaller appetite. Greeter wasn't the friendliest, but server was proper.Parking: Lots of parking, but around the side and rear. City planning trying to make it look like a street with the entry facing Dundas, even though likely almost no one comes via sidewalk.
