Nothing Bundt Cakes - Mission Viejo

Fantastic bundt cakes for any occasion! They are my absolute favorite, and I look forward to having at least one on my birthday every year. It's definitely worth it! The cake is incredibly moist, and the icing is the best I've ever tasted! The inside of the shop is also very charming. They typically offer a variety of small items for different celebrations, such as balloons, cards, mugs, and home décor. They also have several promotions throughout the year, so be on the lookout for their buy one, get one bundlet deal. The customer service is both friendly and efficient. However, there are no seats or tables available, so be prepared to take your treats home or grab them to go.

I had purchased a cake myself, but I didn't request any decoration; I just bought it and left. The staff member kindly explained that they were overwhelmed with orders and couldn't accommodate her request at that late hour. This only seemed to infuriate the woman further. She stormed out, declaring she would never shop there again. It's important to recognize that the employees are simply doing their jobs and following store policies. They shouldn’t be expected to make special exceptions, especially during busy times. On a positive note, the cake I bought was delicious, and the staff were very polite. For me, that's what truly matters.

The staff was quite unhelpful during my visit. I requested a banner to be placed on the cake, but instead, they simply attached it to the box. When I asked for a holder to place the banner on the cake itself, they informed me that they don’t sell them and kept trying to upsell me on additional items I didn’t want, despite having already paid extra for a personal message and clearly stating that I wasn’t interested in anything else. This is why I didn’t order those extras in the first place. Additionally, the cake tasted old.

I called while using Postmates to ask a few questions, and the woman who answered the phone was incredibly sweet and helpful. She truly made Mother's Day even more special!

Never been to the actual store, we have only ordered their cup cakes through Doordash!I am actually not a huge fan of cupcakes, I rarely eat them, but I really do like the Lemon Cup Cake. The cream or frosting or whatever it is, is not over done, not overpowering the actual cup cake. It is just enough!Every time we have ordered from here, our order has been accurate. Service is quick, order ready for pick up fast.
