Le Saint Maurice - Mirepoix

Great, went 3 times here and never disappointed. Rissoto was good , salade de chefre chaud, the burger also. Nice and friendly staf. Tankx for the lovely evenings

Visited this bistro for dinner fresh off the plane from Carcassonne airport. Ate outside in the gorgeous medieval setting of the town square, with the outdoor seating area tucked beneath an overhang of centuries old beams. Atmosphere was very friendly, and the waitresses were cheerful and accommodating I am not fluent in French, but they were very helpful and knew enough English to get through our order. Service took a little while, but it was understandable as they were busy. The pizza I had was delicious, if a little large, though they were happy to provide a box to take it home in the roast duck is also apparently very good. All in all, a lovely first dining experience in Mirepoix!

Found place by accident. Had a lovely Pancake with Grand Marnier although think they were sparing with the GM! Was great to sit and watch the world go by in this ancient square. Nice wine.

Very good restaurant a warm welcome I highly recommend if you are in the place outside of fat that should be served with hard or soft bread to choose according to the person

A warm welcome, a team available and listening. The dishes were hearty and tasty. pleasant terrace located in the heart of the covered areas.
