Chili's Grill Bar - Miramar

I visited the Chili?s listed below today and wait after 20 minutes, the waitress finally took my children and I order. Ten more minutes walk by and no drinks yet, the waitress as come and bring my children drinks and not mine. After another ten minutes, I ask you to talk to a manager. During the waiting period for the manager, the waitress brings the food with burned frits for my children. The manager approaches and I tell her what happened and how my appetizer came out with my gut and was her only answer? I told her no and they said we were packed today without sympathy. I told her that my reason to stay after the first 20 minutes was because my children were hungry and that they didn't want to wait for 20 minutes with children. Christina (this manager) as stated? I have three children and I'm not here to fight with you? This lady and her attitude is very terrible and I can't bring her to a manager of a restaurant, let alone her customer service skills. I was also embarrassed that a paying customer has to do without this kind of treatment. I finally have with hungry children and a terrible experience in this chili?s. Christina the night shift manager was terrible and should really not be in any customer service position, especially as a manager.

The food our appetizers, meals and dessert was great as always. We love Chilis food. But Douglas was extraordinary. We never felt like we waited for his service and he was for everything we needed. This is the first time we have received this kind of service at a chili. I recommend

I always wait to be tired and the lighting on my last trip was so gloomy that I have to read through the light of my phone in the end. The food was good as it is. I wish they had more calories options, but I knew the menu before I go so it's likely on me. I'll say the service is always great and is the reason why I'm going back.

Chilis is one of our favorite places for lunch, be it a family dinner with children or take a quick bite in the lunch break. We really enjoy the groundless soup salad deal. I had the chicken enchilada soup my friend had the chili shell. Our server JP was excellent. Thanks JP for the extra soup.

Very slow service for what's supposed to be a fast food (burgers) and the burger I received was dry and below standards of what McDonalds serves, not to mention its pricey as well. They used to have the custom drink machine, which is now gone too so that's another let down. The only upside was the decent fries. Not recommended.
