The food was fantastic, and the waitstaff was friendly, attending to all our needs throughout dinner. The atmosphere was beautiful, clean, and comfortable.

It’s been a while since I visited, but my Grandma was fondly known in the community as Aunt Vi. During my trip to Michigan, we stopped by the bar to enjoy some PBR on tap along with some tasty bar food. I truly miss McKinley, but what stands out the most in my memory is the affection everyone had for my Grandma. She passed away in 2013, but I know many locals will still remember her. This charming little town is worth a visit, so if you're out canoeing or snowmobiling in the area, be sure to swing by for a beer and let them know Aunt Vi sent you.
