Fill-a-cup Yogurt - Minooka

Showed up tonight hoping to get some Fro Yo. My daughter has been begging to go. They were open but no worker in sight. We waited a few minutes after getting our fro yo figuring someone would see us and come out. That was not the case. We knocked on the break room door. No answer. Called the place… no answer. Proceeded to knock TWO more times. No answer. I finally messaged the FB page. They messaged back saying they were sorry and someone would be right there. Few more minutes…. Nobody…. As we walked out, leaving our fro yo on the counter, the worker walked in from the next door business.The manager messaged me saying they sometimes “help” the business next door.The manager messaged me telling me to just take the fro yo but we had already left. They then messaged saying to come back Monday when they were there so we could get a free round… (mind you during a time when people normally work)….Next time I recommend taking your phone or leaving a sign up… terrible service and so sad cuz we usually love going there.

I tried only the boba but if you have been to literally any other boba place this is not that good. The boba isn't soft at all its hard and crunchy which is weird, like they made it a while ago and it was sitting out, and the drink was really overly sweet and icky fake fruit flavor. If you want good boba you have to drive to Bolingbrook or Naperville unfortunately

I love their new boba tea! They always have a smile, great service, and friendly conversation!
