The Creekside Supper Club - Minneapolis

I felt like I was stepping across the border back to my homeland: Wisconsin. Very much enjoyed the signature dirty martini and great beer selection. Being that it was Friday night we went with the fish fry. CHECK OUT THE PIPING ON THIS TWICE BAKED POTATO. absolutely incredible visual presentation, and putting it into my mouth was a savory delight. The walleye was fabulous, my husband's cod was also wonderful, and the popovers were just as good as what you'd get in the old Dayton's River Room (RIP). I adored the mini relish tray with tiny pickles, olives, and beets. I cannot wait to come back because that prime rib is calling my name!!! Coming to a show at the Parkway or just looking for a fun night out to eat? The creekside has you covered! ?

First off, I don't do this. I know some pretentious guy making a statement, but look. The server we had tonight, Rebecca (sorry if I misspelled your name) was LEGIT the best I've ever had. She KNOWS how to read people and is also so, SO very kind. Best soup du jour (soup of the day) I've ever had. Great food and even better service. What a night!

Top shelf comfort food. If you dig the classic Wisconsin supper club vibe, this is THE place to go. Spot-on brandy manhattans, the best fried fish I 've ever had, incredible service and wonderful atmosphere. This is my new birthday dinner place.

Popovers, classic cocktails, delicious entrees with a great service team!

Honestly pretty bad. My steak had the consistency and flavor of roast beef. My dates fish was pretty gross. Service was very slow. The drinks were delicious but we only got one each because the service was so slow that we were ready to leave before they came back to ask if we wanted anything else.
