He truly lives up to his name—everything is always fresh and impeccably clean when he's on shift. We were so impressed with his service that we believe he genuinely deserves a raise. Michael J., affectionately known as "Mr. Fresh," is by far the best employee I've ever met in any restaurant. I only visit Subway when he's on shift because the bread and cookies are always fresh when he's nearby. The topping containers are also kept incredibly clean. His customer service is exceptional, and he consistently goes the extra mile for his customers. Michael genuinely deserves a promotion for his outstanding work ethic.
When it was time to settle the bill, I noticed that my total was $1.76 more than I typically spend. It seems the gentleman might have charged me for the extra spinach, but I can't say for sure. I was offered a receipt, but I chose not to take it because I wanted to minimize any further interaction. In the end, I left feeling disappointed and will be searching for a different Subway location in the future.
I walked into the restaurant to grab some chips when a woman called out, "Ma'am, can I help you?" I mentioned that I wanted a sandwich and chips, but she just looked at me blankly. I expressed my concern about her poor customer service and how her way of addressing and greeting customers was inappropriate. Honestly, she really needs to improve her customer service skills or consider finding a different job. I suggest refraining from ordering food here unless you really have to!
This is the worst Subway I've ever visited. The staff is incredibly slow and seems uncertain about how to make the sandwiches, frequently responding with a negative attitude. Additionally, they can be quite rude.
