I went for the first time today on 11/10 and did a pick up order. The app only let's you order 4 things at a time I found out but the barista said you could simply just put in 2 orders, I'm surprised I didn't think of that myself but a tip if you want more then 4 things when you order online. Everything was ready in a timely manner and was very good. I would reccomend the mexican mocha, it was actually kind of spicy and very awesome! The only thing was when I picked it up at the time the app directed me to, the whip cream was all melted down and at the time I thought it was extra for whip but it wasn't but just my husbands latte with almond milk there was an upcharge but none the less it is nice the have your drink on to the top when you pick up so I asked nicely for the barista to put on whip before I left and they did. Thanks again! My husband wished there was meat in the breakfast burrito I found out when I went home to never order him one without meat again.

This is one of my preferred coffee shops in the Northeast area. They offer the best prices in the neighborhood, and the berry coffee cake is absolutely delicious. While it may not have the cozy atmosphere of other coffee shops, it is clean, bright, and never too crowded.

Charming, stylish, and peaceful with affordable prices. Conveniently situated near the riverfront park for a leisurely stroll. While the coffee may not be top-notch, the prices are very reasonable.

If you're looking for a place that has something for everyone, look no further than SIP. They offer a variety of homemade and healthy options, whether you're looking for a quick bite or a refreshing drink. I personally enjoy their iced lattes, quiche, corn bread muffins, breakfast burritos, chicken salad wraps, and their delicious specials (such as the unforgettable pulled pork sandwich I had once). One thing I really appreciate is that the owner is always present and I've noticed familiar faces among the staff, indicating a low turnover rate. This cozy establishment feels like a little family, dedicated to serving the Northeast community with delicious and nutritious food and drinks.
