Jimmy John's - Minneapolis

Although I have brought my certified emotional support animal into contact with me every other day for a month, I was rudely embarrassed by the manager to pick up just one job. she told me I couldn't bring my dog in, even if my dog went with me, without any problem. I'll take my business elsewhere. Don't go here!

Never in my life have I written a review for a restaurant, store, anything. However, this Dinkytown Jimmy John's continues to light my taste buds on fire with absolute and undying satisfaction. Whoever was working the night shift on 3/15/22 deserves a raise and the title of master sandwich maker. I could tell right away by the way my sandwich was perfectly wrapped that it was beautifully crafted. The inside was even better: ingredients were perfectly layered and proportioned, the bread was soft and tender. As soon as I took a bite, I almost died out of pure bliss. I am convinced they sprinkled magic into my sammy. Not only this, but they were actually freaky fast. By the way, I have no bias or personal association whatsoever with this Jimmy John's or it's workers, they just impressed me this much. Every Jimmy John's should strive to reach this level of perfection.

Ordered delivery at 8 at night. Finally called the store at 9:30 because I hadn’t received my order. They said they didn’t have delivery drivers. By that point I had low blood sugar and other affordable food options were closed. Terrible service.

Although opening hours are supposed to begin at 10:30 AM on several occasions staff will keep doors locked until 10 -15 minutes after. Incredibly frustrating when you're running on a tight schedule.

Why so mean : food was alright but customer service made me sad.
