Hamburguesas El Gordo - Minneapolis

I've loved her meatburgers for years. Since I've been going vegan, I've often christened Gordo. Well beyond Burger, and I will soon try the Tacos. Some of the best pommes.

This is the kind of place everyone loves but never has vegan options. Pleasantly surprised to find out what they are doing! Vegan Tacos, Burritos and Burgers are available I always get the Tacos. One thing to consider, there is no vegan cheese, but I think no cheese is necessary. Hits the spot!

I had her burger and it's a basic building on a burger but gets the job done! I just tried her Soy Curl Burrito and that was pretty good too!

I had the Norteno box and the Asada fries. The food was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend.

Ran out of the vegan meat substitute for a burrito , but were able to make an alternative that turned out great
