We had a fantastic dining experience at Basil's last night. The food was outstanding, and the presentation was beautiful. Our server was charming, and the rest of the staff provided excellent service. The atmosphere was pleasantly quiet, allowing us to actually hear each other talk, which is a rare delight. Our table had a view of the Crystal Court in the IDS building, giving us the feeling of dining al fresco. Afterward, we attended the Rodriguez concert at the State Theater, and he was amazing as well. Overall, it was a wonderful evening for everyone!

The service was excellent, and the view was wonderful. The pork belly sandwich was delicious, although it was a bit on the small side. I tried a Thai soup, which I found to be quite unusual. While it had a nice amount of spice, the texture was not what I had anticipated. The beer selection was decent; there were a few local options along with two national brands, Miller Lite and Stella.
