Sonic Drive In - Milwaukee

Took over an hour for food to be ready. Missing items. Food was hard and cold.

The app does not work properly and it always t well me the next memory is 50 miles away. Food is fine, but prices are exaggerated. I miss the bell.

Great to be back at a Sonic Drive In. I was disappointed that my favorite drink (Lemon Berry Slush) has been discontinued but a lady knew how to make it on my first trip this week (yes, 2x in a week). Another thing I was disappointed in is that they don’t accept Apple Pay but I appreciated that they had a sign up on the drive through menu and they had a solve for it- I downloaded the app and enjoyed the always happy hour on slushes . I didn’t love that the stalls were closed, apparently due to a worker shortage but I think that’s a function of the times we’re living in but it doesn’t seem like Sonic to me without at least one roller skating/blading car hop. Also, I went to one location I found that seemed to be permanently closed but was still “live” on some map sites. Overall, I was happy with my drinks and food but definitely could have been a perfect experience with some minor changes.

Sooooo many drink options! The cheesecake shake tastes like it should, and fully customizable! Food is reliably good as well, although the wait times are a bit long if you park.

We got a diet cherry limeade and tater tots. The tots were delicious and hot, but the limeade was not as good as it used to be. There were no cherries or limes in it. There used to be, and it was very good in the past. This one was a disappointment
