Bidra med feedbackHad a good lunch experience here. Server (Nicky) was friendly, helpful and friendly. Host was good too. The food was delicious and came in a decent amount of time. However, one of our two entrees was wrong. I ordered the oven-broiled flounder, but received the crunchy (fried) flounder. Because we didn't have time to wait for a duck to be made new, I just ate it. I don't know if the bug is due to the server or to the kitchen. It was disappointing because the other entree we ordered already contained crispy flounder, so we wanted the other flounder ovens to be broken so that everything was not deep-fried. This mistake lost an otherwise excellent lunch.
We enjoyed our lunch. At first we were annoyed with the service. But then the manager and the waitress both said they would apologize for the delay of one of our dinners. Over All I would recommend going to Red Hummer. We are happy and happy. Thank you, Red Lobster. Everyone has a safe and blessed life Amen
I understand that they train new servers, but... an almost $50 tip was charged because the staff highlighted it when they printed the entrance. I didn't say it. Not happy with freedom, but he was sweet. Always check your counter-voice
We waited for a table for over 45 minutes and the place was not busy. I understand that places are under servants, but the people sitting had food. When they sat on us, the table was dirty. Once we set ourselves, we waited a good 10 mintues to even get our order and another 40 mintues to even get cookies and salad. I hate to give him 1 star because the waiter was very attentive and he tried to receive us. I'll never return to this place. We came a little after 5 and left at 7:25 and had a 6 years old with us..
I honestly hate doing this because I?ve never left a bad review before, but ordering today has been a nightmare. We placed a to go order online at 3:45 pm and received an email saying it would be ready at 4:30. We arrive at 4:30 and the order is not ready they say they are inundated because of Mother?s Day. They say it will be another hour. We go home, wait another hour and call, they say another 30 to 60 minutes. We drive back at 6:18 and are told it?s going to be another 15 to 20 minutes. It?s now 7 pm a full THREE HOURS after we ordered and we?re waiting at the to go station and a manager asked us for the last name on the order. He brings up the order and we head out. We check in the car and it?s missing an entree so we had to go back in and wait while the food we did receive got cold. I understand it?s a holiday and things can be hectic, but this was egregious. We specifically ordered well ahead of the dinner hour and they still failed at every turn. Maybe the franchise owners need to compensate their staff better or find new management. It feels embarrassing for them to be this inefficient and have this poor of service. I hate putting negative words out into this world, but this was a garbage experience and I would encourage anyone who wants to order from here to look at other options if you want to avoid stress. Dinner should be fun. This was not fun.
