First time at this location. Bought 2 bowls both #Uncooked rice!! Waste of money Food: 1 Service: 1

This location is satisfactory. The staff is friendly and accommodating. However, a concerning aspect is their inconsistent glove usage when handling food. On several occasions, I observed them wearing the same gloves they had used for touching cash, computers, and various surfaces, and then proceeding to handle the food for my salad. To my dismay, they even placed receipts containing BPA on top of my food. This raises questions about the concealed and potentially unhygienic practices involved in food preparation at a place that otherwise promotes health-conscious dining. Salad was not good at all. Chicken was frozen and bacon tasted sour. Also, bacon was not cut properly and was big chunks. Too expensive for it not to be optimal. I won’t order again. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$20–30

Horrible! I was charge for an order i canceled because I had it delivered to the wrong address BUT immediately re ordered it to the right address but was still charged for the order I canceled literally seconds after I ordered it.
