Bidra med feedbackI got something that wasnt made correctly (wrong flavor shot) and when I asked, I got an argument. The funny thing is, my coffee was made with something I am allergic to. Why would I order something that can cause my throat to close up? Thankfully I realized quickly.
The food here was pretty good. I’m a Dunkin regular nationally and rewards member. It’s probably my favorite fast food breakfast spot. The cashier was not so friendly and a little impatient. She wasn’t egregious about it but still a little too noticeable. She even took another customer in front of me in her impatience. I decided not to address it directly because… my food, man. Water under the bridge. The bathrooms were clean which is a plus since I had to take my three daughters to it. I’d try this Dunkin again, just tell that cashier to pep up. She looks ready to quit.
Worst dunkin ever! Rude people, then to talk about you in their language, which they don't know I understood! ? grow up, get orders right, be respectful and don't give customers a hard time!

I grew up in town and needed to come back to care for my elderly father. I ordered through ubereats. I received all of my drinks and they were fine however I also ordered two donuts one of them was missing and the other one was soaked in the bag with coffee. I called the store and the girl was very rude she was more interested in whose fault it was. She then told me she personally pack the order and it was fine. She also told me there was only one doughnut ordered when my receipt shows two that were ordered and paid for. All I was trying to do is let them know that the donut arrived soaked with coffee in the bag and the other ones was not in the bag. She then proceeded to tell me that the order only showed one donut on their end and she would take responsibility for not putting a donut in the bag so that didn't make any sense. Very poor customer service! I will be using a different location from this point on. Do the fact that I don't have a car to drive there I have been having it delivered pretty regularly for almost 2 months now.
