Bidra med feedbackThe atmosphere here is tranquil, but the signage can be overwhelming—almost like stepping up to a Dr. Bronner's soap bottle! I spent a little time just reading everything while the poor girl at the counter patiently awaited my decision. Fortunately, I was the only customer at that moment. The variety of colorful signs display daily specials, new offerings, and even non-ice cream items for sale, such as bags of ice and local honey. The banana split itself was incredible, featuring a perfectly ripe banana nestled between scoops of vanilla and chocolate ice cream. It was generously topped with whipped cream, crushed nuts, and a cherry. It’s one of those desserts that makes you lose track of time; I found myself focused solely on enjoying that delightful treat as quickly as possible. I chose to savor it on the spacious porch overlooking the Buckeye Lake canal, although there’s also seating available indoors. If you’re in the Buckeye Lake area, a visit to Weldon's is highly recommended!
The ice cream is amazing! It's incredibly creamy, and the chocolate flavor is the richest I've ever tasted. The staff is really friendly, and I also loved the decor. It's definitely worth a visit! I highly recommend it!
If you enjoy a nostalgic vibe, this is the perfect spot for you! It feels like stepping back in time, complete with a jukebox. The ice cream is fantastic too! I love bringing the family here on a lovely summer day!
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! This is such a charming little place. It has about five tables inside along with a few bar stools. The service is perfectly fine, and tips are gladly welcomed.
The homemade ice cream here is outstanding, with a wide variety of unique flavors to pick from. While the flavors aren't overly exotic, they revolve around classic favorites like moose tracks and rocky road. The ambiance feels like a nostalgic trip back in time. Prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent.
