I love this place for ice cream cakes, I love this place for the service, and I absolutely love them for how much my kids love them!If only they could bring back Mississippi mud I could give you six stars. ?Dietary restrictions: Everything is clearly labeled and every staff member has let me know any additional information whenever I've ordered an ice cream cake.Parking: You can easily find parking in the back parking lot located police station and walk through the shopping center, or, easily find parking at a meeting or timed for free.Kid-friendliness: They have been nothing more than kid catering, so if you're an adult be careful! If you're a kid you're going to get everything you like and more!Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible through anything on the first floor with multiple ramps.

I went inside this ice cream parlor in search of my favorite comfort food.....coffee chocolate ice cream. I asked the young lady for coffee and chocolate ice cream, and she said they don't have that. So I asked for a scoop of each, and put it in a cup. Boy, their scoops are small at this place. Then she asked: do you want a cover? do you want a bag? do you want a spoon? do you want a receipt?I paid my $6.99, and I was out the door. I probably will not come back.Free parking

Ice cream is always good but how do you have frozen whipped cream??? Was no one doing inventory or QA. I know not a big thing. But when you're craving and they still charge you for a sundae just doesn't seem right.

Nice people but very skimpy servings. Got a hot fudge sundae--hardly any hot fudge. Scoop servings also. Eur small

Super convenient location in Millbrae downtown. Frequent here when taking kids to Paris baguette next door on hot days. They offer cute combinations for kids (dolphins, unicorns etc). Icecream is okay. The shop has a small seating area inside. The shop itself needs some TLC though. The checkout machine sometimes is broken. Will be nice to have some cash here just in case. Check out machine sometimes could also be slow. They have limited people working here so line could be long if you get here at the wrong time on a hot day. Service is friendly though.
