Mcdonald's - Mill Creek

They get one star because the employees always smile and the food tastes like McDonald's food but the service is not even close to fast food. More like wait 15mins for your order. Today I got home to find my double quarters pounder meal was in fact a single and no fries came with it. Don't waste your time at this location

The new design is bizarre. Everything about it is backward from traditional fast food restaurants. You order your food yourself, but cannot get your own drink or condiments, the staff waits on you to bring out food and even take your tray, the new building play place is very lame compared to the old one. It is small inside. Very modern and minimalistic.

I ordered and paid in advance for pickup via the drive through window. The location did not have my order in the system even though I still had the code and receipt in my mobile app. The staff was friendly, but when the manager got involved she was impatient, impolite and unprofessional. I was told by the manager to go into the store in pouring rain, and even after showing the manager my code and receipt for pickup at the location, she insisted it was not their fault. I never blamed anyone at the location and simply asked for the food I paid for, but the manger was much more focused on being rude than to be helpful.

They've messed up our orders several times and never respond to complaints.

I mean its McDonald's so nothing special. I do get curb side from this place about once a week before my shift at Swedish Hospital and they have never messed up my order or taken an obscenely long time.
