Kneaders Bakery Cafe - Midvale

Its very sad. I worked fkr the store in Draper in 2021. It was amazing. They actually put meat on the sandwich. I went after all tgjs time, not only do they put a ounce of meat in the middle of the sandwich, but even the potato soup was faul. no potatos in it. I just paid 30 dollars for 2 sandwiches with a scrap of meat couldnt even taste the kneeders dressing. Somebody buy this chain and bring it above taco bell standards

Don’t waste your money on extra avocado. I got the turkey bacon avocado on focaccia which comes with avocado originally and I had them put extra on since previously I’ve had sandwiches with very little. This is what I got. This is the avocado that comes on it plus paying for extra avocado apparently. Total rip off place is going downhill at this point.

So I bought two sandwiches for $20. You would think at that price you should get meat covering the whole sandwich. But no, just a little bit in the middle. I guess if that’s how you like your sandwiches, you should eat there. I’m not going to go to again. Because I eat the whole sandwich not just the middle.

The worst place. Walked in, none of the employees acknowledged me at the register, when one of them finally decided to stop standing around to take my order, they proceeded to have the worst attitude possible… took forever to get the food. Ordered to dine in but they bagged everything up instead. Forgot the chips, when I went up to ask for the chips I didn’t receive, they again had a ridiculously bad attitude. Half of the sandwich’s bread was literally so stale and hard I couldn’t even bite into it. And the seemingly simple slice of apple pie I ordered, had actual mold on the bottom. I was so done with situation I just left. Will never return. Will always talk bad about this place from here on out. I can’t even believe how badly the quality of this place has gone down. Your prices are insanely expensive for small portions and horrible quality…. And why. WHY do you guys have to use as many plastic containers as possible. Why can’t you use paper bags like everyone else. You don’t offer recycling and the amount of plastic I just had to throw away was sickening. Especially since I tried to avoid the plastic all together by dining in! Get it together. This is a pathetic excuse for a business and I really hope a better competitor comes in near by and completely takes you guys out.

I use to love coming here but their prices are insane now days. 21 bucks for a small croissant sandwich and a bowl of soup. Not sure how they get away with charging so much but I won't be supporting them anymore. Plenty of other places that have similar quality and much cheaper. Won't recommend going to kneaders for anyone. Side note: check your order before leaving if you pick up. I can't count how many times they have given me the wrong bread when I order soup. Seriously how do you mess up two slices of bread so many times? It's just lazy and sad.
