Mcdonald's Kyalami - Midrand

Thank you, everyone, for what may be one of the tastiest Big Macs I've ever enjoyed, and I am quite familiar with Big Macs! I can't find anything to criticize, even though it was a drive-thru order. Great job!

McDonald's is consistently McDonald's. The food was good, and the area where we sat was clean. However, it seemed like the staff struggled to manage the high volume of customers. It was fairly busy, and although we were patient, there was no one at the registers. The Uber Eats customers received more attention, with two staff members assisting them. The woman who helped us was lovely and kept saying she would be right with us. We ordered for dining in, yet she brought everything packed, which was no big deal. We went to grab a tray, which was neither dirty nor clean. The restrooms, however, were not well-maintained, with tissues left in all three stalls that hadn't been cleaned. It’s not a major issue, but it does raise concerns about whether the toilets are checked regularly, especially in a busy establishment. On the bright side, the kids had a great time and the food was the main reason we visited.

It's a typical McDonald's experience, but at least their ice cream machine usually works. Plus, it's not as slow or crowded as the other McDonald's locations in the area.

Kabelo is amazing. He has brilliant customer service. Great. Keep doing all of the good things.
