Chili's Grill - Midlothian

That's the last time I'm gonna eat at a chili. it used to be one of my favorite chains, but the chain has worsened overall, and this particular location. used to be chips and salsa free. Now they're over $5. I ordered a suppe. it was the size of what used to be called a cup it tasted okay, although it might have been heated from a dose. I ordered coke zero and got something that wasn't coke zero: probably diet coke. the whole restaurant seems strangely unclean as if there is a lot of beer and soda that hold on to everything. the little terminal at the table with which they pay was so disgusting tacky that my finger literally stuck to it. the terminal then crashed – restarted – while I was in the middle of the payment. service was bad: little eye contact, no smile, no friendly words, only the bitter, terse, minimalist standing-nearby-and-jotting-Things-down-a-tablet, which goes to service these days. (I got a nice smile from the server that actually brought the food overall, the experience was not terrible: not terrible. it was just poor and unpleasant, and why should I pay the people's money to heat up mediocre eating for me and pour the wrong kind of drink in a dirty environment if I can have everything to home for free? that was my second time in this place, my second attempt. the first time I stood there at the door and waited 10 minutes for the hostess to find a table for me: that was in a semi-finished restaurant with many open places. she then suggested I sit on the bar. I did. the bar was so dirty that I just walked out of the restaurant. that was an unpleasant experience, but I thought I would try. No, it's generally bad. I'm not coming back to chili.

Just amazing. Very good , last time I came here it was 2020, and it was alright but a year and a half later it has upgraded! Food is really good! This is called a “triple dipper” only 13$ amazing, and service was great too, there was about 3 people working and it was going fast. Overall we had a good dinner, we did have to wait 30 mins but the wait is worth the review.

The last time I was there, it was a great moment but this time unfortunately, there was a lack of attention and cleanliness of the establishment was left to desire. It seems that management needs to do a better job at managing their staff on cleanliness discipline which is lacking. I don't think that when patrons are dining in, the staff should be sitting together at a table chatting when there is plenty of work to be done around. I have previously worked in the food industry and the things that I have seen today was quite embarrassing. Hope this can be addressed and whenever I do decide to visit again, it will be a better experience.

I was here for lunch and it was pretty good. I got the 2 for $25 and I shared it with my friend. I got the chips and guacamole, chicken crispers, and the cheesecake. She got the quesadilla. Both of us were very happy with our meals. The service was good and the establishment was very nice and clean. Bathrooms were alright. I would 100% recomend this chili's.
