Jet's Pizza - Midland

We eat at jets a lot. Lately we have noticed a decline in quality. We all know jets is not cheap but it’s worth it. Well this time not so much. We called and talked to “shift manager will” and was told we had to drive to the other end of town to show them because he “knew for a fact these were cooked right”. If this is how jets is now then no one should ever eat there. He was extremely rude and condescending. We had it delivered because we couldn’t go pick it up ourselves. Jets you are unacceptable and there is plenty of competition to avoid you for the foreseeable future.

For Jets it was good pizza. Greasy, crispy edges, thick crust, and thick with cheese.The wait was more than they estimated by 15 minutes, and it was already an hour wait.They messed up one of the three pizzas by forgetting pepperoni.I'm their defense they seemed short staffed and very busy.

Jet's pizza in general is fantastic. We love supporting our local businesses. This location is and always been very friendly, helpful, kind and accommodating. Five stars and high fives to all the employees at Midland's Jets Pizza. Thank you all!!!

Love the all day slices!!! Great when Im on my lunch break and I grab the 2 slice and 20oz soda deal .. the slices are always fresh!!
