Mcdonald's - Middletown

Just left McDonald’s it’s 10 pm we pulled up to the drive through there where 2 cars there already . We waited at the speaker with the other cars for 15 min whoever was in there said on the she would be right with us. In the meantime we watched about 3 employees walk out the store two who where in their car smoking . We waited in the drive through for 20 more minutes nobody ever came to the speaker. We pulled around to the window NOBODY at the window … there where CLEARLY 3 people on the inside of the store…..I understand being short staff. If that’s the case inform the consumers.. if shirt staff wasn’t the reason nobody in the drive through was waited on!!!!!!!!! Then a new crew would be best with good work Ethic.

Sa in line 25 minutes at the breiel mcdonald’s, to my food calculated me 4 dollar for a big frit and said that this was normal price, not at any other mcdonald’s I have ever been to my cheeseburgers were cold and dipped in ketchup will never go again drop off of money.

The food quality dropped significantly. on past orders, 100% bark patties tasted more like 100% plastic. lettuce was stale, it could smell from mcd to house. seriously ask if I eat big mac I should just buy or play safe and just put in müllfood: 2/5

Hey boys just wanted to say that we do our best on this place. there are days where we are really busy and we just don't have enough people. the half of the time people have set up and I apologize, our employees work hard everyday and deal with many problems every day. we try to be more employees and train them properly. if someone is disrespectful, please ask them to speak with a manager and the person is told to keep them in the understood our workers are hard workers who try their best and have their days. I apologise for any failure that came out of our shop, if there is a problem, then please ask for a manager. I can also help most of them know me.

Every time I'm here, they disappointed me. they said they had halloween eimer and there was a car in front of me. When I got into the window, they said they ran out, even though no one in the car was handed over a Halloween bucket in front of me. then I asked if they were in the pocket and they said yes and of course I had 4 children screaming over ranch because there were none. unprofessional.
