Bidra med feedbackTheir espresso is phenomenal. So smooth and well balanced. I will come back just for the espresso alone. In addition to that, the barista was a great communicator, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely kind. There is a chill and welcoming atmosphere in the coffee shop.
If you are in search of having your soul snatched in a strictly platonic way, come here. The service is remarkably exceptional and the staff are informed, welcoming, and creative. This is beyond a coffee shop, rather a worldly experience. Definitely recommend the White Buffalo, and the Gypsy Moon with oat milk.
CASH ONLY!!! There is a Liberty Bank ATM there that charges $2. But I am being told If you are a Liberty Banker they will reimburse your fees at the end of the month. OPEN 365/366 days a year! Sometimes talking coffee can feel like you are in a university science class There really is a lot of information that comes with your light, medium and dark roasts. It's nice to hear when your baristas (hoping this is a term still used lol) can give you more detailed information on the flavors that come with these roasts. Thank you Martin!! I went with a small cup of a dark roast, Bee Bold and added a splash of half and half, for a perfect late morning coffee. There are parking meters and as of today , 25/quarter Will get you 15 minutes. This is definitely a must try if you are or even if you are not a coffee connoisseur.
On two different occasions I literally ordered iced espresso and barista poured me iced coffee (never even touched the espresso machine) but still charged me for that iced espresso six dollars. My husband was witness to this the first time it happened. I was questioning it but I decided not to say anything. The second time, I watched the barista do all this and when I called him out on it he flipped on me. Then he Tried to turn it around and make me feel bad for what he was doing wrong. Then the things he proceeded to say to were unbelievable to me and very upsetting. Called me bipolar and told me to go take my meds. At one point he even threatened to break my neck. I never ever threatened him or called him names. I did not call him any names I simply was calling him on what he was doing which was wrong. Not only is this so so wrong also it’s Criminal. Shame. It’s terrible that people get away with treating other people this way.
Probably my favorite coffee spot, I used to come here once a week in college. The coffee is amazing, the baked goods are a decadent treat, there's always a new artist on display every month, and I've seen the people there come to the aid of those in need and their town time and time again. It's a must go for me anytime I go to Middletown.
