Drury Inn Suites Middletown Franklin

I really enjoy staying here whenever we're in town. The place has always been very clean, and their breakfast and dinner are fantastic! They even offer free adult beverages (up to three) during happy hour. The rooms are spotless, and the food and drink options for both breakfast and dinner are excellent!

My husband and I stayed at the Middletown Franklin location from July 28th to July 30th, and it was our first time experiencing Drury Hotels. The hospitality started the moment we walked in and continued until we checked out. The rooms, lobby, kitchen, and dining area were all impeccably clean. The staff were the kindest, most caring people we've ever encountered. To our surprise, they provided us with complimentary breakfast and dinner—actual meals, not just snacks. We don't travel often, but when we do, we will definitely look for Drury Hotels.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast, dinner, and three free alcoholic beverages! For dinner, we had Swedish meatballs, hot dogs, and nachos. The breakfast spread included several types of scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, hash browns, gravy, oatmeal, and a variety of breads. While the quality was what you’d typically expect from a free hotel meal, I really have no complaints. My room was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Additionally, there are several restaurants within just a few minutes' walk and a Kroger right across the street. Overall, the highlights were definitely the free breakfast, dinner, and drinks.

My wife and I stayed there for one night during our trip from Massillon, Ohio. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the place was spotlessly clean. The food was excellent, and we had a great night's sleep thanks to the comfortable beds. The next day, we visited the Cincinnati Zoo. If we’re ever in the area again, we will definitely choose to stay there once more. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 5/5.

I was pleasantly surprised by the 5:30 kick-back time, which offered free food and drinks, including alcohol. Plus, they served a complimentary large breakfast in the morning. It was the best coffee I had all week, especially since I stayed at five different hotels. A big thank you to all the staff for making my experience so enjoyable! The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable.
