Bakery Plus - Middletown

The cakes at this restaurant are absolutely incredible, and on top of that, the family that owns it is beyond charming! They are always welcoming and willing to customize your order. I highly recommend trying the cannoli cake with whipped cream - it is absolutely delicious! We devoured it so quickly that we didn't even have time to snap a photo.

The staff at Bakery Plus are overly obsessed with Covid precautions and are very disrespectful to customers who are not aware of their strict rules. It seems like they are still stuck in March 2020 and take pleasure in criticizing those who do not follow their beliefs. If you are so paranoid about Covid in 2022, maybe running a public business is not for you. The only thing I enjoyed at this restaurant were the linzer tarts, but the inconvenience is not worth returning for. I would not recommend this place.

I bought an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday and everyone loved it. We will definitely be ordering from this place again in the future.

I used to buy cakes here for my birthdays, not anymore! the owner is super last minute and unprofessional these days. i couldn't get the cake i wanted because she informed me last minute she didn't have the right ingredients.
