Sonic Drive-in - Middlesboro

I reduced my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars because my last three visits ended without any food. Each time, we arrived 20-35 minutes before closing, but despite the grill and milkshake machine being cleaned, we were unable to order anything to eat. If this is their practice, they should think about closing 30 minutes earlier.

I’m incredibly excited that the Pickle flash has returned! I understand it may not be for everyone, but for those of us who enjoy them, this is fantastic news.

I have been to this restaurant about six times in the last six months, and each time, they were out of onion rings. They really shouldn't even be on the menu if they’re not available. I have to walk my husband there (since no one else is nearby), and it’s frustrating to have to go to two places just because the onion rings are listed on Sonic's menu.

The food was hot and fresh, and although the restaurant was quite busy, the service was helpful and attentive.

I ordered two blasts and a side of French fries. Unfortunately, the fries were cold—not just at room temperature, but outright cold. Additionally, my Snickers blast had hardly any Snickers pieces in it. They attempted to make it right, but during my previous visit over two years ago, the hot dog I ordered was also cold. They took it back but never returned with a properly cooked one. Given these experiences, I probably won’t be returning.
