Little Caesars Pizza - Middlesboro

Pizza was nice and hot. Super friendly staff. Only complaint was they were out of the 20 oz bottles of Orange Crush pop.

I would have given this restaurant 5 stars, but I encountered some issues while trying to place my order over the phone. I spent over 30 minutes trying to call, but no one answered. Frustrated, I ended up driving over with my phone still ringing in the passenger seat. When I arrived, I explained the situation to the young lady working there. She informed me that the phone line had been burned out and they were waiting for it to be repaired after hours, as they had to turn off the power to fix it. We didn’t argue; she was very polite, and I understand that sometimes things happen beyond our control. I did have to wait a bit for my stuffed crazy bread, but it was less than 5 minutes, and when it arrived, it was hot and delicious!

I explained that I understood the wait for walk-in customers, but I had been trying to call for 45 minutes. She replied that the phone was broken and a new one was on the way. While that may have been the case, her tone was rude and condescending, which I found quite off-putting. Nonetheless, I must say that the food was still fantastic.

Their $5 pizzas are excellent in both flavor and value. Every time I visit, I receive a hot pizza that is freshly made, not one that has been sitting in a warmer for hours.
