Bidra med feedbackThey are usually great, but I tried to call an order last night to avoid waiting a long time and also it makes it easier for the employees because they 't rush around to try a big order while they take care of getaway and getaway orders. But after 30 to 45 minutes of the call to the order they still had 't answered the phone. Now after the first 20 minutes of continuous change, the line rose again and again. But I was determined to make pizza and wings my dinner, like my family, so I decided to go there and just wait for my order. On the Drive-thru Mic, before I could even tell the girl the first item in my order, she told me It would be 15 or 20 minutes waiting. Almost as if they really hoped id decide not to order at all. This is when I explained that I understood the waiting process for a walk, but I had tried for 45 minutes before, and she let me know that the phone was broken and that a new one was on order. That was probably true, but she treated it with a very hating and disgusting sound when she told me I was not satisfied with at all. But the food was still great.
They could make service a little better. Attitudes go a long way when your lacking in timelines! It's fast dinner tho and close to home so I use them alot. Also, they never answer the phone and I don't understand that! ?????
Really good pizza! Ordered 4 large pizzas and cheese bread sticks. Everything was great! Staff is very courteous and friendly?
Pizza was nice and hot. Super friendly staff. Only complaint was they were out of the 20 oz bottles of Orange Crush pop.
We ordered 4 pizzas online. A pepperoni with LIGHT sauce, a sausage with LIGHT sauce, a cheese with extra Mozzarella with NO sauce, and a bacon with NO sauce. Now, we are helping our daughter move so we thought we 'd grab pizzas on our way between loads. We picked it up from the drive thru. WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO GO BEHIND THEM AND DOUBLE CHECK OUR ORDER! So we grabbed them and came back home and all of the pizzas are LOADED with sauce! The attached photos are of the cheese and bacon that were supposed to be ZERO sauce! We have allergies of tomatoes hence ordering a couple of them with NO sauce! I call and the person on the phone said we would have to bring all 4 pizzas back in order for them to replace them. I explained we cannot come all the way back tonight because we are moving our daughter. She said it was corporate policy . Hmmm interesting! What exactly will they be doing with the messed up pizzas? Throwing them away. That 's what. SMH! So, here we 're are scraping all the sauce off of the pizzas so we don 't end up in the hospital. Thanks so much! It is unfortunate that the customer service was so poor and there was ZERO accountability. She even said I 'm not the one who made your pizzas . Seriously?? It doesn 't matter who made it, you are responsible because you work there. And again, your customers should NEVER have to go behind you and check to be sure the order is correct. There should be some accountability and also where 's the consideration?
