Big Bills Burgers - Middlefield

Went for lunch and had one of the best burgers I 've had in a long time. With so many restaurants jumping on the smash burger bandwagon, it was refreshing to get a fat, juicy hamburger hot off the grill.

Its very sad that I have to write this review because this was close to our favorite new place to take out lunches on our work break. I however will not be back after today. The rudeness is unacceptable at the counter and with the amount of reviews stating so, you guys KNOW this is an issue you just don’t care.Not only that but the people of Middlefield are in dire need of training in the manners department. I come in with my black coworker probably once a week lately and when we enter immediately everyone stops and stares at us until we leave. This is 2022 and that shouldn’t be tolerated. I know this is shocking but everyone isn’t born white with a bonnet on their head.My money will go else where.

My friend's Burger she said was delicious. The onion petals were very good. My shrimp basket was very good. Our server was very nice and took care of all of our needs. They need to have a fan going in the restaurant to take care of the sort of musty odor that we encountered when we first came in and as we walked through the restaurant.

Well a year agoThis place wasn't that bad to eat at but in the last few months and times ive been there it has gone to the crapper no more fountain drinks canned soda only what sucks there is they didnt even lower or give the pop for free since they just get it at walmart anyway. My most recent experience was just yesterday and ill tell you if it wasnt for the lady cooking and the waitress i would not have wasted my time. Had biscuits and gravy (full order) eggs sausage and hash browns also fried mushrooms motz sticks. The mots sticks and mushrooms and the biscuits were most definitely freezer burnt. When i first showed up in middlefield this was the place for me cause i love food and lots of it. Now ill go anywhere else including the worst place on the planet mcdonalds before going back.Suggestion...maybe new ownership or someone to Atleast make sure the food in the freezers is rotated and thrown out before freezer burn sets in.Gordan Ramsey would say this is a nightmare.

Drove close to an hour to get here, and it was well worth it. The burgers are excellent.Will definitely be back.
