When entering this play it was very nice and the staff was very nice although I could tell they were tired they were very sweet and nice and I got my smoothies super quick! While the other times, I?ve came they were not so friendly and it took a while to get my smoothie this time I think they really improved because my smoothie came out super quick and they were a lot friendlier I will definitely be coming back and hoping for a good experience like this one!! Thanks guys!

I have worked at tropical smoothie. Worked there for three months. Yes not very long. But long enough to realize and understand that the manager. Does not really care about there workers. She has said smart remarks and has talked bs. About her workers. Honestly. She should be fired. Store number Fl202. Worst manager there ever could be.

I don?t know if she?s the manager or just an employee who?s been at the location for a while but the older brunette lady with tattoos on her arms who normally makes the food most of the time is incredibly rude. Every single time I come into the cafe she has an attitude towards other employees and customers. She?ll just run into you without apologizing and give dirty looks when simple questions are asked.

Walked in and ordered with ease. Fast, friendly service with a pleasant atmosphere. All 3 smoothies tasted great and were smooth. We also order 3 wraps and they came out hot and tasted great. We will being coming back to this Tropical smootie as the employees were nice and new there stuff, thanks for excellent service and experience.
