The Mandarin Takeaway - Mid Suffolk

Being here for years and it was always beautiful.. See some terrible reviews online and thought we would try to boost again and maybe You have morality through a call to food as it is always beautiful. Tonight I was told that food was 45...mins (it took 1 hour to p) I couldn't pay with the card (even if I explained we had no money and it was a big order) and then unfortunately the food came cold... also I had specifically checked after a court and double with the lady who answered the phone, but that came wrong. When I asked about this problem, I was told, 'No, that I repeated your order on the phone' when I said yes and it's not what I asked to pay for another court. Unfortunately, I will no longer use this Chinese, which is a shame, much better service at small China in Stauland.

The first time with this place. Menu found online was no longer up-to-date with most articles with an increase in the delivery fee by 20p/30p (to be expected in the current climate) One of the items we ordered (Pad Thai Chicken) was not on their new menu, but... they did it yet. Order by phone for delivery. It would take 45 minutes, but it came under 30 minutes! All ordered items were hotly picked. All the articles were beautiful.

Sunday evening, 4 adults, all hungry, but too late to do a roast, so decided for a Chinese. My wife had the mandarin somewhere on the back of her mind, recommended by a friend, so we gave him a jump. Excellent round!! Phoned...it through for delivery; ETA 45 minutes, came in 30... and all hot! Quality excellent and the Tom Yum soup was excellent with large pieces of fish, squid and shrimp. Also with lucky cookies! Will definitely be reused

Last night ordered again and the food was bad again. Chips greasy and double boiled. Eating had no taste and portions very small for the money you pay. I'm trying to support our local business, but I'm afraid I can't waste my money any more. It looks like... all prices have risen. Such a shame as it was great earlier and sometimes we would use twice a week, but no more. I had a big retreat for my 50. Birthday and it was also bad when I gave feedback thought I would have something back for it a special occasion, but nothing.

Thought we would get a takeaway delivered . We were told food would be delivered in half an hour. Apparently the driver couldn't find out house, so returned to Mandarin. Who have now missed out on a £45.00 order. So if you want a Chinese...you better go and collect it.
