Mcdonald's - Miamisburg

All the food was fresh and hot, overall great service.

The burger was overcooked, the buns were not even toasted, and my McChicken looked like it was drenched in mayonnaise. The wait time was extremely long. I have ordered from this restaurant twice - the first time was great, but this time was the worst. I am unsure about coming back here again.

I really enjoyed my coffee! Unfortunately, I never got my Sweet N Sour Dipping Sauce. The French fries were cold and oily. But my Triple Cheeseburger was absolutely delicious! It was hot and incredibly tasty.

After having bad experiences at two nearby McDonald's locations, going to this restaurant was like a breath of fresh air. It was a delightful experience with fast service and friendly staff. Two lovely ladies, one who took my order and another who I paid, were clearly happy in their positions. I wish I could give this place 10 stars! This level of customer service is rare to find nowadays.

My husband and I dine at this restaurant at least once a week. We seldom have any complaints about the staff or the food. The only issue I consistently have when we come here is that it is always too cold to comfortably enjoy our meal. It doesn't matter what the temperature is outside! Even if it's 90 degrees, I have to bring my winter coat just to eat. We have mentioned this problem to the employees, but I don't think they can do anything about it. Please, someone, please turn off the air conditioning!
