Shibui Japanese - Miami

Shibui's sushi is better than any other restaurant. I've been to-including the beach. Really Good.

My wife and I tried this restaurant one weekend after a movie and we have been coming back ever since. The movie was forgettable but the food here is not. The sushi is fresh and to die for. Take it from a regular customer, I would strongly recommend this restaurant.

Shibui has traditinal tatami seating on the second floor which I highly recommend. However if you are not used to it or have hip/knee issues it can be uncomfortable but they do offer regular tables on the first floor. It can get very busy for dinner so it helps to have reservations before hand.The food was good with a large selection. I recommend the eggplant appetizer, it was surprisingly delicious. The sushi was fresh, although the sushi rice had a bit more vinegar than some are used to. I recommend Shibui for special occasions as it is a fun experience!

Such sweet servers and attention! They decorated the table for our daughter’s birthday! The food is excellent and presented so well. We will be back! We came for the tatami seating (floor seating) and we really enjoyed that experience. The place was packed and every table was filled. What a great experience! Thank you Shibui!
