Mandolin Aegean Bistro - Miami

Definitiw a very special place! eating is colorful and delicious. we loved the cauliflower, hummus and huh kebab? the berry limonade was just great. try the Turkish coffee! delicious?

Quite disappointed in this restaurant. had it on my list as a must-go for my first trip to miami, but ended one of my least favorites eating the whole trip. eating was okay, nothing spectacular in my mind. the atmosphere was a bit unpleasant and uncomfortable - the tables were tight together, flimsy chairs and tables, and the entire terrace was flooded, I was sitting essentially in a captivity all the time. I would like to give him another chance, given the high ratings and my dear to Greek eating, but with all the options of great restaurants in miami this really did not stay on me.

That was okay. the outside seats were beautiful, but super dark at 10pm (has a hard time to read the menu) and hot. we asked for inside sitting, but that was very limited. my rating for the service would be 5 stars and a 3 for eating. my favourite dishes were the bark sauce souvlaki and arugula salat. I would give them a thought about what yelp has. it felt like we had paid for the vibe as eating.

Beautiful terrace! beautiful aegeis colorful environment we thought we were for a terrifying experience and treatment, but all so superficial. absolutely no seasonal and horrific overpriced for a lustless culinary experience. add some taste to their kitchen and then they have a winning combination. the maissalat and the prayers I swear came from a dose. No, thanks.

Fantastic food and ambience! Most of the seating is outdoors (there appears to be a store on the inside), and this place literally transports you to Greece! The dishes are very family friendly we ordered a Greek sampler and an array of appetizers (octopus, mussels etc) for the table, all were very fresh and well seasoned and grilled. The entrees were also delicious. The service was a bit slow at times, but probably because the restaurant was completely packed at 10pm on a Tuesday night. Overall it was a phenomenal experience, and it definitely didn't hurt that we ran into Sergio Agüero dining with his family there!
